Low Profile Circular Separator

Circular check screeners are offered in multiple sizes and comes with an open bottom for separating powders and fluids. Its specially flow-through designed shape guarantees vertical compactness and is particularly efficient in separating micronized products or colorants at a high capacity so that they do not form screening “tails” or lumps.

This type of machine consists of a low profile design and features two vibratory motors installed on the opposite sides of its support frame, which creates a highly efficient three-dimensional motion. This unique motion allows the material to flow smoothly and evenly through the screen mesh cloth, ensuring effective separation and discharging at the maximum flowrate. Additionally, the design optimizes material handling, making it suitable for high-capacity applications across various industries.

The Flow-Thru vibrating check screeners allows for precise control of material motion by adjusting the angle of the vibratory motors. Additionally, the vibration intensity can be modified by changing the counterweight settings on the motors, tailored to meet customer-specific requirements.

It is ideal for screening fine powders and performing final product inspections to remove impurities. With both the inlet and outlet ports aligned on the same vertical axis, it ensures fast discharge, delivering 2-5 times the output of a standard vibro sifter.

This is a unit can also be integrated into a sack tipping stations or bag dumping station. It is designed to provide safe handling for all types of sacks and boxes and controlling and reducing dust emissions. Typically used for safety screening for separating food products to avoid contamination from raw materials delivered in bags.

VAAPRO’s control sieves can be equipped with additional cleaning devices including balls, slider rings,  brushes and Ultrasonic systems.
